How do you get a boyfriend if your shy?

Stupid question I know. But I'm turning 20 in less than a month and I've never had one. I'm like really really shy. I used to think it was cause I was ugly. But ever since I started college like 2 years ago and started going to frat parties and out to bars I constantly get hit on by guys. But they only want . I've never given it to them. But basically my question is how do I get a guy to be my boyfriend without having to have with him first or something like that. I also don't want to have to obnoxiously flirt or anything like that. It's kind of hard for me bc I'm shy. Any suggestions?

I have been with my boyfriend 5 months now and i cant stop thinking abouit his ex! She gorgeous, always immactulate, thin, hair extensions, perfect tan...you catch my drift. Im...well..not. Dont get me wrong im not a total horror or anything and i can dress up and look nice when its required, but generally i think theres more to life than looking perfect 24/7. Im not thin, but not huge and my boyfriend says im beautiful the way i am. But i cant get her out of my head. And it doesnt help that until recently she wanted him back and pestered him non stop until he blocked her number. We are happy and i can honestly see a future for us, so why is she always on my mind?
