I want to change my pport name with out the help of ration card?

Go to a notary public tell him your name changed and also gazate published, he will give a rs20 revenue paper written all this, attach the paper with your pport, No more problem..If u want to change the name in the ration card u just attach the notary publics, your paper as witness and submit it to the tasildar no way he will sign it. Or approach the watchman,and have a spectrum deal your ration card name changed. Be wise.
