How do you write a newsletter to ask the parent for permission to take picture of their children?

I m currently taking ECE and doing field placement. I want to take pictures of the children in my centre for doentation, but i know i need to write a permission letter for their parent and i dont know how to write one. Can someone please tell me what i should said in the letter??
