ESTA Application. Can I fill it out if I am 17 years old minor?

I am planning to visit Guam, USA, shortly after my 18th birthday. So when I fill out the ESTA Application, I will be 17. Will that be a problem? I will be 18 when I enter Guam though. I'm confused.
