Help with TAKS Practice Prompt for English?

Our writing prompt is to "describe a time you depended on someone". I started writing about my parents and how I depended on them and still depend on them but I got stuck on the intro... I need help with thinking of other things I could write about or help with how to get past my intro so I can finish my paper. Thank you!
