How do you get a boyfriend if your shy?

Stupid question I know. But I'm turning 20 in less than a month and I've never had one. I'm like really really shy. I used to think it was cause I was ugly. But ever since I started college like 2 years ago and started going to frat parties and out to bars I constantly get hit on by guys. But they only want . I've never given it to them. But basically my question is how do I get a guy to be my boyfriend without having to have with him first or something like that. I also don't want to have to obnoxiously flirt or anything like that. It's kind of hard for me bc I'm shy. Any suggestions?
