Cafe Press is great- basic shops are free and custom are about 50.00 a year- is good clean work too- they provide the product- cards, posters, all kinds of shirts, coffee mugs etc and you upload the photos or type and get what you want. You can have a private just you see it) or public store. As for cards- use a good inkjet printer and get nice satin or gloss photo cards and print them off.
