I don't quite understand how the health care bill will reduce the deficit in 10 years?

ALL the other modern, industrial countries have public health care. If we do it, we could finally be able to compete with them for economic strength. Do you have any idea what the cost of inferior, high cost corporate health ins. adds to the price of a car made in the US? How about lost businesses and wages from catastrophic health emergencies? My employer cannot even afford ins. for his family, why should I expect him to provide for me? What would happen to my job if the owner goes to the hospital w/o ins.?
