Im looking to start ameture competitons in ohio?

i was looking for someone who may be able to help i live n ohio 44805 im looking to start competing in some grappling matches and possiblly some ameture kick boxing matches i cannot find anything no luck at all .although im starting ameture to find competitons do i need to look for like a promoter or someone to help me find some matches im just startin out just not havin much luck just wanting to start out ameture for a while thank u.
