Does head to head win mean anything for Texas football?

The BCS is very delusional and so are the voters, they should have their credentials revoke for voting OU over Texas. Style points for OU but Texas didn't do anything to hurt their cause by beating all their opponents soundly also. How can the voters have OU ahead of Texas when Texas beat them head tot head. When is head to head win mean anything in college football? Or is it subjective, it only can be use on some cases. Well for whatever reason, i think the voters stinks. OU fans are happy but they know Texas should be ahead of them in the BCS BS formula. Texas win over OU got that peoples. Style point win worth 1 win but apparently worth more than that in the BCS BS formula.
