Help me in finding a good university ..please?

I am an international student , in grade 11 currently, cl of 2010. I am seeking a degree in business mainly in finance or economics.My family earns around 60,000 $ a year.I would probably need financial aid as costs of a good college/uni is high,yet i am not eligible in some colleges/uni.Columbia university is really nice but a main drawback is that it accepts 11% only from total applicants,which is really low. So i want a college/uni that can suit me, costs---20,000 or less, if eligible for aid then 35-40,000 . HELP...i need to decide a college so that i can plan for my future..
