Is this a good plan to lose weight?

yeah, it's a great plan. you will lose weight quickly then either plateau or give in to your cravings. i'd say as motivation, treat yourself for every 5 pounds you lose, then when you 1/2 your goal weight, treat yourself to a smaller portion of your favorite snack, then switch up your workout plan the next day, then all the rest of your weight will melt off. also, since your diet is so restricted you might want to take a vitamin everyday. and drinks lots of water!! also, in between meals you can chew some sugar-free gum to curb your appetite :)
