Runescape: quite or do another game?

i love rs for its pvp but its changed. i made a pvp account that is a tank.. im 40 def 50 hp and 60 ranged.... i have been pknig alot but no luck.. i 1st did alot of pking on pvp world but all were runners... i get a you def noob then they run and i waisted 300k and got on kills from all runners.. some kids i know said im good but all noob run. so i tried bh cuz i thought id do better but same luck.. and in both pvp and bh dont count on both u and him saying dm...doing death matches doesnt do anything.. in all dm i do person ran.. except 1 i died..... why cant i get a good kill and pvp alot and not worry about losing money..... should i just quit or try harder? and no other game suits me. people say runescape a 12 year old shitty game but they just dont play and i like all the skills. be able to fish for cash and plus my computer not amazing so no good graphic games... what do i do? =(
